Employee Onboarding & Document Workflows
Give employees one checklist and managers a clear view of progress.
Hugo Greene’s onboarding demonstration organizes hiring paperwork into a digital workflow employees can follow before their first day.
A stack of four paper forms turns into one online checklist for Harbor Event Staff, and all four forms are marked done.
A stack of paper forms becomes one checklist a new hire finishes before their first shift.
The problem
New-hire paperwork arrives through printed forms, email attachments, and follow-up messages. Managers must work out what is complete and chase whatever is missing.
How it works
We start with the business’s forms and onboarding requirements, then organize them into an online checklist. Employees can access their tasks on a phone or computer, while managers can see completion status.
For a client implementation, discovery establishes document access, storage, signature requirements, and any connections to existing systems.
The same approach can support contractor onboarding, vendor documentation, and other processes that depend on collecting several items before work begins.
How we built it
This demonstration models a checklist-based onboarding workflow and a manager’s view of completion, using sample data. Nothing is saved or sent. Production requirements, including identity, access, storage, signatures and payroll integration, would be established with the client before implementation.
Nick’s role
Built by Hugo Greene. Nick Greene, Applied AI Builder & Implementation Specialist, designed the workflow and directed the AI-assisted build of the demonstration.
